Not Receiving Quality Information

Remember if you are not receiving quality information from your staff something is missing in your fundamentals:
1. Not delegating far enough, people will have questions if you give them the freedom to work.
2. No process, platform or methodology for information to come back up the chain.
3. Not listening to or disregarding the information that is making its way to you.
