Yogyakarta Train to Surabaya and my Best Travel Tips for Indonesia

Taking the train to Surabaya from Yogyakarta is easy if you know how, and in this video I will show you how to print your train ticket and travel by train, in this particular video a train to Surabaya. If you are travelling by train in Indoensia, don't forget to print your train boarding pass before you board, this is not the same as your train ticket. You can print the boarding pass in advance of travel, or when you arrive at the train station as long as you leave plenty of time.

Surabaya is a port town on the east coast of Java island and the second largest city in Indonesia. The train journey from Yogyakarta was busy but very comfortable, passing through some beautiful scenery of showing Indonesia's countryside.

My accommodation in Surabaya is further out of the centre of Surabaya than I had expected, however the journey was easy using the Grab Taxi app.
