Mexican White Rice With Corn Recipe | Aroz Blanco Con Elote | Jenny Martinez

This dish is super simple and suppperrr delicious! You can serve it as a side with Bacon Wrapped Chicken (stay tuned for recipe), anything BBQ, Pork Chops (Chuletas), Carne Asada... the possibilities are endless! I hope you guys enjoyed this quick 3 minute video! I promise it will bring so much flavor to your main entrée!

Recipe:
2 cups of white rice (I recommend jasmine rice)
liquid shortening
1/4 of an onion
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chicken bullion
1 can of corn
4 cups of water
