泰式香蕉煎餅|泰國必吃的街頭小吃!Thai Banana Pancakes
食材|餅皮
中筋麵粉-200g、白砂糖-1湯匙、煉乳-1湯匙、雞蛋-1顆、水-100ml、食用油-1茶匙
餡料|1人份
香蕉(切片)-80g、雞蛋-1顆
步驟
(1) 準備一個攪拌盆,倒入麵粉、糖、煉乳拌勻,放入雞蛋打散拌勻,再分批倒入水拌勻至麵團成型後,倒入食用油塗抹麵團表面。
(2) 於砧板塗抹少許的食用油,避免麵團沾黏。將麵團分成6等分並揉圓,蓋上保鮮膜靜置鬆弛30分鐘,再將麵團桿薄至不破孔即可。
(3) 準備一個小碗製作餡料,放入雞蛋打散,再放入香蕉片拌勻。
(4) 小火熱鍋,均勻塗抹少許的食用油,放入餅皮,並將餡料放置餅皮中心。
(5) 迅速將餅皮的邊緣向內包妥,並將雙面油煎至金黃後起鍋。將煎餅切成適量大小,並於盛盤時淋上適量的煉乳即可。

200g all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp condensed milk, 1 egg, 100ml water, 1 tsp cooking oil
Filling|for 1 serving
80g sliced banana, 1 egg
Instructions
(1) In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar and condensed milk, mix well. Add egg and whisking, then mix well with flour. Gradually pour the water into the mixing bowl, knead the dough until forms. Add cooking oil, spread on the dough surface evenly.
(2) Spread some cooking oil on the cutting board. Divide the dough into 6 servings, then rolls them into balls. Cover the plastic wrap, let rest for 30 minutes, then flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
(3) In a small bowl, add the egg and whisking, add the sliced banana and mix well.
(4) In a medium-size pan, heat the pan over low heat, spread the cooking oil on the pan evenly. Put the pancake, then put the filling into the middle of pancake.
(5) Wrap the pancake immediately, then pan-fry until golden brown. Cut the banana pancake into squares and serve with condensed milk. Enjoy!
