Maybelline SuperStay 24 VoxBox | First Impressions

I really wanted to love this product. I was sent Maybelline SuperStay 24 Longwear Lip color Keep Up the Flame and Constant Toast to be tested for free, but all opinions are your own. I absolutely love the color Keep Up the Flame. It applied evenly and with such bold and vibrant pigmentation. Constant Toast on the other hand was very streaky and hard to apply and really just didn't look good on my deep skin tone. Overall I give the lip color 3 stars... If you apply it just the way it tells you to you will have moisturized lips. However, you HAVE to apply the second step lip balm if you don't want your lips to suffer from severe dryness and clumpyness. I could definitely see myself wearing the lip balm alone because it felt great and was very moisturizing. While this lip color does last way over 24 hours (its been on my hand for at least 36 hrs), it is EXTREMELY difficult to take off. I tried with makeup remover wipes and micellar water. I felt like I literally have to scrape my lips for the product to remove... So again.... Does it last 24 hours... definitely.... But I'm not sure I'd want something to last that long if it's going to take me another 20 minutes to get the product off... So it gets 3 stars from me because of the nice color selection and that it does live up to its claim of being long lasting and moisturizing (if you apply the lip balm).
