How to Make TASTY Collard Greens Without Meat!

Most Collard Greens call for meat. I came up with a recipe that is FULL of flavor without using any meat! This recipe is Vegan and vegetarian friendly but even if you are a meat eater you will love this dish. Trust! Ingredients are below but watch the full video :)

Ingredients:

-2 16oz Bags of Collard Greens

-16oz. Vegetable Broth (more if needed)

-Start with 4 Tbsps. of Better than Bouillon the "seasoned vegetable base" one (adjust to personal taste)

-1/2 Cup of Liquid Smoke I'm using the brand Colgin "Hickory Original Recipe"
(less for less smoke mo for mo smoke!)

-1/2 Medium white or yellow onion sliced

-Approximately 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil (oil of your choice)

** Can cook onions in oil first or honestly you can just add in when adding greens as well as oil

-Black Pepper until you love it

*** After cleaning greens thoroughly, you can skip boiling them in water if you want and just go ahead and add in the vegetable broth. I just boil them in water sometimes as a extra precaution to be sure they are clean lol

*** Also if you ended up with a lot of juice like me lol save it as a broth for dressing :) I just did this time around and it turnt out banging!!
