Chellsie's Adult Gymnastics Journey: Rahdea's Last Day

Week 19 and Rahdea's last day before leaving before college. It was so much fun having her in the gym this summer to train with. Crossing my fingers that she, along with everyone else out there, will get to compete this season! She is at UW Oshkosh if you want to continue following her and watch any future competitions.
Two new things in this video! One was new, old skill and one completely new. I tried my jam on bars again and my shoulder didn't hate it!
I also tried a switch leap mount for beam, this would be an awesome way to begin a routine!
