Here's a short video on how to copy a Data Extension to another Data Extension with an SQL Query in Marketing Cloud.

Give me a specific usecase?
A car dealer is using Marketing Cloud to store all the monthly orders into the Data Extension "Master Orders".
He also have Data Extensions for each brands that he is selling: "Ferrari Orders", "Mclaren Orders" and "Buggati Orders".
Everyday, he need to add the data from "Master Orders" to each brand-related Data Extension.
By using a scheduled automation that includes a WHERE clause to filter records the car dealer put this task on Auto-Pilot.

What is a Data Extension in Marketing Cloud?
A data extension, is a table containing various fields of data related to subscribers.
