🥗 THE RECIPE: Pink Brain-Boost Cutlets
Prep time: 10 mins | Serves: 1-2 Toddlers
Ingredients:
1 Cup Poha: Washed and soaked until soft.
1 Medium Beetroot: Grated (The 'Network Booster' for blood flow).
1/2 Cup Oats Powder: Roasted & ground (Rich in Choline for memory).
Spices: 1/4 tsp Amchur (Dry Mango Powder), 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder, Salt to taste.
Ghee: For shallow frying.
Instructions:
Mix: In a bowl, mash the soaked poha. Add grated beetroot, oats powder, and spices.
Dough: Mix well to form a soft, vibrant pink dough.
Shape: Make small bite-sized tikkis (perfect for little hands!).
Cook: Heat ghee in a pan. Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame until they turn crisp on both sides.
Serve: Best enjoyed with fresh curd or homemade chutney!
