Here are some simple tips to implement NOW to start feeling happy (and productive) TODAY!!

1. Make Your Bed
2. Add a moment to your morning routine that brings you joy
3. Get outside and get some fresh air every day, first thing in the morning
4. Clean up your kitchen every night before you go to sleep
5. Review your calendar/make a to-do list the night before AND keep a notepad and pen by your bed to jot down random thoughts that can keep you up at night!
