I bought it cheap, but how much work is needed?

It's a goal of mine to own every generation of M3s. When I saw this competition for sale, I knew I had to get it. It's the color I wanted and the price was right! The SMG will have to go so I'll be doing the 6 speed manual conversion soon. I'll be bringing this car back to it's glory while adding some goodies to personalize it the way I want.
