President Donald Trump is outlining his plans for tariffs at the White House on what he has dubbed "Liberation Day".

Tariffs are a tax on goods imported from abroad - we don't yet know how high they could go, or who could be impacted.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has already says he "rules nothing out" and is "preparing for all eventualities".
