Urban House at DA Block, Kolkata by Epsilon Arch

An urban family home does not always come with a tangible brief at the very beginning, rather it comes with some concerns from the owners and certain constraints arising from the site, bye laws and Vaastu, amongst others. The requirements more often than not, evolves during the design and construction process. In this project too, the main concern that the owners shared with us initially was the concept of isolated living.
