MELTING, SMOKEY AND CHEESY NIGHT

Raclette is a famous Swiss traditional dish, originally come from the French-speaking areas of Switzerland. It is pure melted cheese which is poured over boiled potatoes garnished with pickled onions and gherkins Locals mainly eat these dishes during the cold time of the year. It is best paired a local white wine.
As Filipino Family, our version of Raclette has Asian Fusion. We added Shrimps.
