The landmine is one of my favorite pieces of gym equipment when it comes to building quick and efficient workouts.
By manipulating how you stand and execute exercises, you can easily design a complete workout to build muscle mass fast while burning calories and fat at the same time.
Because the landmine works works in a swivel and pivot, it creates a great resistance profile to every exercise and movement, allowing you to get maximum output out of the workout.
