Lee

a cute chaser have fast passive animation, activate passive upon using block after ally 3 chains
About her sbw, CD/CD is good for PVE because Rapid Firring Soul which increase 125% dmg and 40% CC, enough CC for PVE while CD/CC is better for PVP because the speed of battle so you NEVER have enough time before other player defeat you
Because she have continuously stun effect so she is a very annoying heroes and only the 4 passive atk can decrease enemies armor so se will hit stronger upon using passive the second time
* Some best partner with her:
--Beatrice: much stronger(from 25% to 200% depending on Beatrice build)
--Marpei: can cast skill faster and activate passive many time)
--Mengqi: immediately activate passive
--Sien/specific team(Shasha+May+Lee): can use lee as leader and use passive more often, but low dmg.
--Gon: gon can decrease 50% enemies armor upon using ally 3chains immediately so Lee can hit enemies like neutral dmg because Lee dmg isn't high enough.
--woompa: easier to active passive
•Enemies you shouldn't meet in PVP:
--Cancerous(Caeneous): high DR, 90% crit resistance because Lee alway stand outside of Cae passive range, so Lee useless against him( his armor is not counted yet).

Mengqi:

Sbw DD is for tanker or buffer Mengqi, AA is for DPS mengqi, build as you like, in the video is CD/CD and 1k apen
Because his animation too long so he can't use too many 3chains in short duration (or you can do like this: click mengqi 3c and only click 1 block ally, wait 2 sec and repeat)
His second passive atk doesn't deal much dmg but effective against enemies have hit immune buff(such as Joan, marpei, captain)so your chaser have more chance to deal direct dmg to them
•DPS Mengqi partners:
--Still beatrice and marpei:higher dmg, more tanky and easier to activate 3chain, cast skill faster
--bari: fast block generator and good healer
--stein:.........incase Mengqi die, you will able to watch him continue dancing with his blade
•All chaser(need to use their own block after ally 3chain) in the game

Heim

Sbw CD/CC incase you dont have CC buffer, if you have, then CD/CD will deal dmg like in the video
Remember that his passive summon bigger axe have 5 sec cooldown, so dont ask why sometime he dont summon it
His must have partner is Maria, can be found at dugeon, Maria using block after ally 3chain will count as 3 chain so you can use this combo: 3c ally-heim-maria-heim
Upon using block after ally 3c, Maria increase all team armor, resistance by 50%, increase 1500 apen/rpen to them for 5 second
Let have a small math, if heim using his passive 2 time, he can deal total:
3500+3500+11.800=18.800% his resistance

If you using SoP, maria buff and goddess aubrey:18.800+200%+50%+25%=107.550% his resistance(my heim resistance is 2765 and in video dealing maxium 302000dmg "per big axe hit")
Partner :
--Beatrice: greatly increase heim resistance(good choice but no rpen or CC buff so think wisely)
--Drake: more CC, more dmg
--Sentinel: decrease enemies resistance by 75%, Sentinel can activate his 3chain more 2 time after using his 3 chain(low defense against physical enemies)
--Seiren: safer, having resistance buff like Beatrice but just buff half of beatrice
--Woompa: easier to activate heim passive(good choice but low defense against physical enemies)

Sim Hak Gyu
CD/CD if you want to maximum Cheong dmg, good for pve, as you see in theo video, Cheong each 3c punch dealing 1m5 dmg without any buffer and CD/CC if you want her crit dmg more stable, inlay wing of radiant or mana nucleus to increase Cheong HP because she receive dmg for her father so all area dmg will deal x2 dmg to her and she can't be revived, resur skill or resur ring is useless
Her passive incase own ATK by 300%, base 2000 apen(so apen sigils isn't important much), the highest self buff percentage in the game, using Sim 3c cheong will punch dealing 2000% and using ally block she swing her arm dealing 400%, great for both PVE and PVP because of dealing continuously dmg to enemies
Partner:
--Beatrice,marpei, stein, seiren, bari, orfeo
