‘Design and Performance Evaluation of an Air Curtain System for Bus Door Openings’ – Testing

This video demonstrates the experimental testing of a prototype air curtain system developed for bus door openings. The objective of the project is to reduce air mixing between the conditioned bus interior and the external environment, thereby improving thermal retention and HVAC energy efficiency.

Four experiments were conducted under different temperature conditions to evaluate the effectiveness of the air curtain system in maintaining temperature separation and reducing airflow exchange.
