Build Strength Fast: Deadlift + Arm Workout for Beginners (Simple & Effective)

Looking for a simple strength workout that actually works? This deadlift and arm day is perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into fitness.

In this session I kept it efficient but effective:
• 4x3 full reset conventional deadlifts (build power + perfect form)
• 3x3 deficit deadlifts (improve strength off the floor)
• 3x12 incline dumbbell curls (biceps growth)
• 3x12 tricep kickbacks + 15 diamond push-ups (arm finisher)

Full reset deadlifts are one of the best ways to build raw strength while reinforcing proper technique every rep. Adding deficit deadlifts helps target your weakest point and carry over to heavier lifts.

Even on shorter days, consistency is what builds real progress. This is part of my 8-week strength program—follow along if you want structured workouts that actually get results.
