Saturday Pizza Napoletana - Sourdough
Made a lovely pizza with my sourdough starter and Caputo 00 flour. Nice "cornichone" (crust) and lovely taste. The dough was made Friday night and bulk ferment until Saturday morning. Then balled and back in boxes to ferment until about 3 in the afternoon when this video was made.
