Pineapple with charcoal melted maple butter

This week I cook up some juicy pineapple on the BBQ, using a wonderful oversized plancha on top of a weber 57 kettle, get it nice and caramelised, then pop a little maple butter on top that I melt with a chunk of red hot lumpwood charcoal, this was an insanely good bbq dessert with a little bbq theatre.
