SpaceX Deploys 24 Starlinks Successfully on June 3, 2026!

Following a successful liftoff from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, the Falcon 9 second stage reached orbit and deployed all 24 advanced Starlink v2 Mini satellites. This deployment completes the payload phase of SpaceX’s 64th launch of 2026.

The first stage booster B1088 had earlier finished its 16th flight with a precise landing on the droneship Of Course I Still Love You in the Pacific Ocean.

The 24 satellites are now maneuvering into their operational orbits in low Earth orbit, expanding the Starlink constellation that now exceeds 10,400 satellites.

These v2 Mini satellites carry phased-array antennas for efficient communication, propulsion systems for precise orbital adjustments, and inter-satellite laser links that create a high-speed mesh network in space.

They will deliver improved high-speed broadband coverage to rural communities, maritime vessels, aircraft, and polar regions worldwide.
