Mom Charged with Murder as Beaten Baby Dies in Hospital

Three-year-old Dawson Zamora, who had been on life support for weeks after allegedly being brutally abused by his mother’s boyfriend, has now died, turning the case into an alleged murder. Investigators say Dawson suffered severe, repeated injuries, and newly revealed text messages suggest his mother, Chelsea Berg, knew her boyfriend was harming the child yet continued to leave Dawson in his care.
