Housing is hugely deteriorating: made worse by the Universal Credit system which leads to huge debt. An entire generation of ppl believe that adequate safe housing is no longer their right. If you are on a lower income you live in terrible accommodation and are largely ignore. Who are the new poor? And what can we do about it?
