Three Core Conditions in Counseling - Carl Rogers' Person Centered Therapy
This video describes the three core conditions for Carl Rogers’ Person-Centered Therapy. Carl Rogers believed these conditions were necessary and sufficient for therapeutic change. The three core conditions are congruence (authenticity, genuineness), accurate empathy, and unconditional positive regard (nonjudgmental stance).
