Ziplines, Hikes, Adventure, an ecotourist, someone who wants to experience the natural world and visit remote areas where nature dominates, and disturb it as little as possible. The goal generally is to find interesting life forms, gain some sort of education on the organisms and the place, and get a perspective on how humanity impacts the natural world. Ecotourism has real benefits for nature and the communities nearby. However it has many criticisms, and as someone who lives in places over run with tourists, it can defiantly get out of control.

Transport, shopping and food are significant contributors. The majority of this footprint is exerted by and in high-income countries.

Welcome to Ecotasia! On this channel you can find wildlife footage and short documentaries on the natural world. I am an early career biologist who was inspired by the likes of the BBC Natural History unit, PBS, and Animal Planet as a child and then more recently by various nature YouTube channels to share my love for animals and nature. My goal is to document and highlight the interesting ecology and behavior of organisms I encounter, as well as cover and elucidate conservation and biological topics. Please Subscribe so you can join me to marvel and to learn twice a month.
