उत्तरी दिल्ली के बुराड़ी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के झड़ौदा वार्ड से निगम पार्षद गगनदीप चौधरी की संपत्ति पर हुई डिमोलेशन कार्रवाई अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच गई है। एडवोकेट रामवीर चौहान ने इस कार्रवाई को गैरकानूनी बताते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है। उनका दावा है कि एमसीडी अधिकारियों ने कानून और न्यायालय के दिशा-निर्देशों की अनदेखी करते हुए यह कार्रवाई की।
बुराड़ी के झड़ौदा वार्ड में निगम पार्षद गगनदीप चौधरी की संपत्ति पर हुई डिमोलेशन कार्रवाई को लेकर विवाद लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। अब इस मामले में एडवोकेट रामवीर चौहान ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर दी है। याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि एमसीडी ने अनऑथराइज्ड कंस्ट्रक्शन के नाम पर कानून की निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का पालन किए बिना कार्रवाई की।

Advocate Ramveer Chauhan has moved the Supreme Court, terming the action illegal. He claims that MCD officials carried out the demolition in disregard of the law and court guidelines.
The controversy surrounding the demolition of Municipal Councillor Gagandeep Chaudhary's property in Burari's Jharoda ward continues to escalate. Advocate Ramveer Chauhan has now filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding this matter. The petition alleges that the MCD carried out the action on the grounds of unauthorized construction without adhering to the due process of law.
