1 broccoli.
Fill with hot water.
Salt 1 tablespoon.
Leave for 10 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Mushrooms 300g / 10.58oz.
Fry until the juice comes out.
Butter 15g / 0.52oz.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Coriander.
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
1 garlic.
Add broccoli.
Mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes.
