Demonstration of a scratch repair using Applied Colors' Scratchout paint touchup system. Here, we scratch a fender with a screwdriver, fill the scratch with filler putty, then apply color-matched touchup paint over the scratch. The paint can be buffed and polished, and greatly improves the scratch from normal viewing distances. The Scratchout system is an effective tool for touching up chips and scratches that don't justify expensive "spray" repainting.
