my 4c hair is falling out

Hello. My hair is falling out after getting Covid/Double Pneumonia at the end of July in 2021. My hair was falling out from the scalp. long strands in clumps were falling into the tub as I washed my hair. I am on a journey to nourish my hair back to health. Has this happened to you or anyone you know?
