Bob's Blueprints: Temporary Giraffe Yard Enhancements | Episode 5

Welcome back to another episode of Bob's Blueprints, our video series dedicated to keeping you updated on all things CMZoo construction!

Join our President and CEO, Bob Chastain, and Curator of Environmental Enhancements, Jason Bredahl, as they share about the new temporary giraffe yard. The giraffe herd will explore and interact with guests in this yard, a side yard and their indoor spaces while we build a 12,000-square-foot giraffe center and expand their former outdoor space by 25%. This temporary yard is designed to offer multiple feeding opportunities. Guests can feed the giraffe in various locations around the yard and the giraffe can find leaves from browse at different heights. The herd can also enjoy natural foraging and choose between basking in the sun or relaxing in the shade.
