We're back at Mount Cook in early autumn! This is an out and back 10K along the Hooker Valley Track, up to the glacial lake with Mount Cook - New Zealand's highest peak, in the background. I ran this in the morning before much traffic was on the route. It was a beautiful sunny day so there were already some people on the track. Thanks for watching!
