Here is quick video of cleaning and disinfecting my massage/salon suite room to start fresh for the new year 2024. I also cleaned the floors which I couldn't squeeze into the video. I was sick for most of the month of December and really missed my treatment room and definitely wanted to give it a nice cleaning despite it being very minimalistic. As a massage therapist I have noticed especially after getting sick I needed to work on some things I always preach to my clients. Yes, I go to the gym and workout often, but my diet needs to be put in check and some things in my l lifestyle need to be evaluated. After all I want to live The Spa Life. I will be posting videos on some cupping therapy, self care, vlogs, and more wellness videos. Even though I have mainly done skincare on here it is important to get to the root of healthy skin and that could be lifestyle that is affecting this.
