Resepi Karipap Pusing Sardin Beserta Tips Penyimpanan | Sardine Spiral Curry Puff Recipe
Karipap pusing ni memang lain dari karipap biasa (epok-epok) kerana teksturnya lebih rangup. Kali ini saya menggunakan inti sardin. Di dalam video ini saya selitkan cara-cara untuk menyimpan karipap pusing supaya tahan lebih lama. Jangan lupa tonton sehingga video selesai ya. Selamat mencuba 😃
Bahan Untuk Inti Sardin:
1 inci halia tumbuk halus
3 ulas bawang putih tumbuk halus
1 1/2 biji bawang besar - dicincang/didadu
5 biji kentang (saiz sedang) - didadu
1 tin sardin (425g) - isi dihancurkan
Air secukupnya
Garam dan gula secukupnya
Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
Bahan Untuk Doh Minyak (Doh A):
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
4 sudu besar marjerin/shortening/mentega - saya pakai jenama Planta
1/4 cawan minyak masak
Secubit garam halus
Bahan Untuk Doh Biasa (Doh B):
3 cawan tepung gandum
1/3 cawan minyak masak - panaskan sehingga berasap/betul-betul panas
1 sudu teh garam halus
2/3 cawan + 2 sudu besar air ais/air sejuk dari peti ais

Spiral curry puff is definitely delicious, crispy and different in terms of taste and texture from normal curry puff (epok-epok) with multiple crispy layers on its surface. I provided few ways of storing your curry puffs to prolong their shelf life, so you can make them ahead of time and keep them frozen. Happy cooking!
Ingredients For Sardine Filling:
1 inch of ginger - pounded
3 cloves of garlic - pounded
1 1/2 onion - chopped/diced
5 medium sized potatoes - diced
1 can of sardine (425g) - mashed
Water for cooking
Salt and sugar to taste
Cooking oil
Ingredients For Oily Dough (Dough A):
1 1/2 cups of wheat/all purpose flour
A pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of margarine/butter/shortening - I used Planta
1/4 cup of cooking/vegetable oil
Ingredients For Plain Dough (Dough B):
3 cups of wheat/all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of cooking/vegetable oil - heated until smoke starts to form
2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of ice water/cold water from the fridge
