During the DIY instruction, he shows us his personal method for designing and forming a basic 2-piece (pancake) holster for a M&P Shield. Watch Christian as he demonstrates the steps necessary to plan and construct a thermoform holster for a modern handgun. Included in this presentation are segments on material layout, forming prep, scoring-and-breaking, toaster oven material heating, press-forming, eyelet installation (including flaring), profiling, trimming and edge sanding.
