Beignets - Cafe Du Monde Style

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 large eggs 
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 5 cups bread flour or all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted or salted butter
- 4 cups cottonseed oil, for deep frying
- Powdered sugar
