Iran’s military also said it targeted a US vessel near the port of Salalah in Oman, where a foreign worker was reportedly injured. In Kuwait, a drone strike damaged the radar system at the international airport, though authorities confirmed no casualties. US media reports also suggest an Iranian attack on a Saudi base injured 12 American soldiers on March 27, while Saudi Arabia says it intercepted a missile targeting Riyadh.

Meanwhile, Israel reported a deadly cluster bomb attack in Tel Aviv, killing at least one person. In Erbil, Iraq, explosions were heard near the international airport, which hosts a major US consulate complex. Pro-Iran armed groups have been repeatedly targeting US assets in the region, prompting Washington and Baghdad to pledge stronger cooperation.

The conflict is also expanding, with Houthis in Yemen entering the war. The Iran-backed group claims to have launched its first strike on Israel, though the Israeli military says the missile was successfully intercepted.
