In the fictional village of Anjanadri, the seemingly ordinary Hanumanthu stumbles upon a divine gem, a relic of Lord Hanuman, granting him extraordinary superpowers when exposed to sunlight. Initially using these abilities for personal gain and to impress the skeptical village doctor, Meenakshi, Hanumanthu gradually understands the responsibility that comes with his newfound power, especially as his village suffers under the oppressive rule of Gajapathi. Meanwhile, the ambitious Michael arrives from Mumbai, fixated on becoming a superhero. Learning of Hanumanthu's powers, Michael plots to steal the gem, unleashing chaos upon Anjanadri to draw him out. Guided by an elderly sage who reveals himself as Vibhishana, Hanumanthu must learn to master his powers and embrace his destiny to protect his community. In a final confrontation, Hanumanthu battles Michael, who briefly steals the gem, but Hanumanthu ultimately prevails, though the gem is destroyed. This destruction, however, triggers a larger cosmic event, leading to the emergence of Asuras and the awakening of Lord Hanuman in the Himalayas, who appears before Hanumanthu, foreshadowing a grander conflict in the expanding cinematic universe.
