At Home with James Bailey | Brewing with the Clever Dripper

Our Head of Quality, James Bailey, introduces the Clever Dripper filter coffee brewer. One of our favourite pieces of brewing equipment, this near-perfect brewer is what we use in our coffeebars to prepare our manual brews.

THE RECIPE:
- 300g of freshly boiled, clean, soft water.
- 19g of coffee, ground to a caster sugar-like consistency
- 3-minute brew time
