15 MINUTE LADDER HIIT // no equipment home workout // FULL BODY WORKOUT // Molly Kennedy

hey everybody!! Today's video Is a 15-minute full-body HIIT session which is so effective and great if you don't have much time and want to get a workout done FAST!
This is perfect for people who can only work out in a small space as well and a no-equipment workout. It is a high impact HIIT workout which will be working your full body to make sure you're recruiting as many muscles as possible!!
It includes 3 different rounds to train your body to its maximum and is so effective!
It includes quick easy moves that get you burning calories FAST!

These workouts are typically called 'fat-burning' as they have an after burn, however, it's all about being in a calorie deficit to actually lose fat!!
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) Is what gets your sweating and gets you burning loads of calories in a short amount of time!!

Please make sure you have a big warm-up before (at least 5 minutes) and get some stretches done! Make sure you also work at your 100% effort to make this workout effective for you.

The moves are
1. Squat into explosive squat jump
2. Push up with shoulder tap
3. High Knees
4. Star Jumps
5. 6 mountain climbers, 4 jacks
6. Lateral Burpee
40 seconds on,20 seconds off!!
30 seconds on 30 seconds off!!
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off!
