A little chatty catch-up and a realistic week in my life.

In this vlog, I'm sharing a bit of a life and business update, including why I've been a little inconsistent with YouTube lately and what's been going on behind the scenes.

I talk about how my role within the business is changing as we've grown the team, and how I've had to properly step into the CEO role rather than trying to do everything myself. I've also been experimenting with using AI to help me structure my week, manage my workload, and create more space to focus on the things that move the business forward.

Alongside that, there are some quieter moments from the week too – a little day out with Harold, a car chat, lunch together, and some behind-the-scenes snippets from the reality of running a business, including operations meetings, finance reviews, processes, planning, and the less glamorous conversations around tax and cash flow.
