How To Add an indicator stalk to Euro Truck Simulator 2

After a few requests following my demo, here's the full tutorial on how to get a Peugeot 106 indicator stalk to fully work in ETS2 or ATS.
OEM part number for the blinker lever: 96236416ZL
Found on Citroen berlingo, jumpy, saxo. Peugeot 106, 306, partner, expert. Fiat scudo. Look for a used one

For the joystick controller board, search for "Zero delay joystick input USB" on eBay or Amazon.
