The Messaging Disaster of Microsoft's Xbox Series X Showcase (VL271)

Microsoft's year of strong, focused messaging came to end like the seasons of so many sports teams: quick, inexplicable, and with more questions raised than answers.

Just how many ways did Microsoft lose the plot in their big blow out showcase? Honestly, we couldn't even fit them all in this video.
