GoPro 11 - Kayak/Bke - As I close in on seventy, this is some of the past 19 hours of my life

The nice fall continues in Washington and I feel I need to get out every nice day that's left in this extended summer to enjoy them. This is the past 19 hours where I both bike and kayak.
Video was shot with a GoPRO 11 and edited with Vegas Pro 20. Minor color correction to the kayaking footage, none to the biking. However, I shot the biking in the new 8x7 format then cropped the video to 19x6. I recorded in 5.3K-30. Horizontal lock was on for the Kayaking footage. For the biking footage, G11 was mounted on the handlebars versus a chesty where I typically mount it.
