STICK MOBILITY // Shoulders & Core // Guided CHAIR Workout (Low Impact)
As requested, here is a guided upper body and core chair workout utilizing a stick.
This workout is great for beginners, seniors, those recovering from injury, and anyone needing some extra stability and support as most of the work is done while sitting in the chair.
Though sitting, you're working your core, upper body, but also glutes and hips. We will use the stick to incorporate grip strength, which encourages glute and core activation. We will be warming up those shoulders and working the anterior and lateral lines of the body.
As always, do what feels right for you. If you need a break, take breaks. If you need to modify, that is always welcome.
