Every year during Washington State's part time legislative session, there are hundreds of stupid bills proposed by the political class. Supporting censorship, protecting violent felons so they can continue to hurt more people, and destroying the election process are all just a few brilliant ideas that the Democrats in Washington State support.

Most of these will never become law. Some of them are merely proposed as a way to raise funds from extreme Leftist organizations and donors. They serve as "proof" that the politician supports the cause even if they are just cynically proposed for that purpose. Regardless, we still have to point out some of these.
