CD-I Fighter Version 0.4 Update

This demo features 4 levels.

New update features:
-2 new tricky enemies
-A new stage
-Bug fixes (like enemies disappearing after being hit with an energy bolt)
-Morshu now provides you with tips for each stage!

If you have troubles beating the newest stage, you can press 4 on the tutorial level to get teleported to the newest boss.
