Push & Pull Weighted Calisthenics Muscle Building Routine + Girls Routine

This Push & pull weighted calisthenics routine is epic. Build muscle mass with this calisthenics routine. This was the first full calisthenics routine I've done for 2018.This routine consisted of weighted pull ups, weighted dips and push ups. I met up with DOC (https://www.instagram.com/docteamwingate/) and Simone (https://www.instagram.com/simonelovesfitness/) to bring in the New Year right. This routine can be used to increase muscular endurance and muscle size. The beauty of this calisthenics routine is it's easy to remember and you can progress through by simply increasing the volume or resistance.
