West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee refused to speak at an event in Kolkata on Subhas Chandra Bose's 125th birth anniversary. PM Modi and West Bengal governor Jagdeep Dhankhar were also present at the event organised by the centre. When the CM got up to speak, 'Jai Shri Ram' chants were heard from the audience. She then refused to speak, saying she felt insulted.
