Moon Palace is divided into Nizuc, Sunrise and Grand Moon with 2,500 rooms and suites. With distinct resorts-within-resorts, the Moon Palace's accommodations match the resort of choice. Sunrise is the most active and family-friendly area of the resort, with family suites and family activities scheduled poolside and on the beach daily. The most secluded and luxurious area of the resort is Moon Grand, which is open to both couples and families.

Deluxe and Grand Deluxe Suites
Resort-view rooms with one king or two double beds, accommodating up to four.

Superior Deluxe
In Moon Grand, Garden View rooms feature one king or two double beds, accommodating up to four. Ocean View Superior Deluxe can accommodate four guests in a king or two double beds. Its balcony includes a hammock.

Two-bedroom Suites
Featuring ocean views in Nizuc and oceanfront views in Sunrise and Grand Moon, these two-bedroom suites provide one king bed and one bedroom with two double beds to accommodate up to six. The suite space includes a living and dining room, half kitchen and half bathroom on top of the two private bathrooms and two Jacuzzis. Standard two-bedroom suites feature golf course views and provide a golf cart for personal use to get around the resort.

Family Suites
These suites accommodate up to six with connecting rooms with a king bed for parents and two double beds in the second connecting room. Located in Sunrise, family suites feature Xbox players and games, DVDs on request, special room service menu for kids, kid-sized bathrobes and slippers, and a Fun in the Sun Bucket amenity. The Family Connections Luxury Suite with Nanny Service is available in 20 family suites and includes special amenities, including a welcome treat for the kids, a kids' concierge, priority access to the kid's club, and three hours of free private nanny service each day for children 2 to 17. (Additional hours are available for a fee.)

Skip Ocean Front Superior Deluxe Rooms, Concierge Level Rooms and Junior Suites, which only accommodate two adults per room.

Each room is equipped with a patio or balcony, four-person Jacuzzi tub, LCD satellite TV, iPod docking station and free WiFi. As part of the all-inclusive resort, the minibar is replenished daily with free water, soft drinks, snacks and other beverages.
