Griot: Fried Pork

The number 1 best seller at most Haitian restaurants is the GRIOT!!!! Using the pork shoulder..this is a recipe that can't be beat. The succulent, crispy, amazingness of this meat will have you wanting more. GRIOT is often served at gatherings along with fried plaintains and pikliz!
So grab the secret ingredient: SOUR ORANGES, and lets get to it.
Ingredients:
Flat leaf parsley
Sour Oranges: or lime and orange mixture to give same affect.
Salt
Hot scotch bonnet
Pikliz juice
The original recipe...nothing more
